Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for defective items. After this period, we will not accept any return requests.

- An unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon receipt.

- Images of the original packaging, including any labels or tags.
Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in denial of the replacement request.

- No Returns for Customer Errors: Products cannot be returned due to mistakes made by the customer when placing an order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design choice). We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing their purchase.
4. Re-shipping Process
- Initiating Returns: If a product is found to be defective, THE KOSHA STORE will handle all arrangements for re-shipping the replacement item. Customers do not need to manage shipping logistics for replacements.
- Communication: Customers will be notified via email once their replacement order has been processed and shipped.

- No Refunds: Our policy strictly prohibits refunds on returned items. Customers are entitled only to replacements for defective products.
6. Shipping Costs

7. Color Discrepancies
- Responsibility for Color Matching: THE KOSHA STORE acknowledges responsibility for color discrepancies only when the colors of the printed product differ from those specified in the product description as Hex codes.
- Recommendation for Color Accuracy: We encourage customers to order test swatches prior to making a larger order if color matching is a critical concern.
